Terms & Conditions
Written in plain English. Where this page and your signed purchase documents differ, your signed documents are what count.
Our commitment
A-1 Wholesale is a motor vehicle dealer operating in Tennessee. Dealer license number: [DEALER LICENSE NUMBER — TO BE CONFIRMED]. We sell used vehicles; financing arrangements, where available, are described at the dealership.
Nothing on this website is an offer of credit, an approval, or a quotation of rate or term. Any financing terms are set out in the purchase documents you sign at the dealership, and those documents govern. If anything here conflicts with them, the signed documents are what count.
Vehicle delivery
Delivery within Hamilton County and the surrounding area may be arranged for some vehicles. Where delivery is offered, timing is an estimate rather than a guarantee, and any fee is agreed before the vehicle leaves the lot.
[DELIVERY PROGRAM TERMS — TO BE CONFIRMED BY THE DEALERSHIP.] This section is switched off on the public site until the dealership confirms whether it offers delivery and on what terms.
30-day buy-back program
Eligible vehicles may be offered with a limited buy-back period. Where a buy-back applies, eligibility conditions and exclusions apply, and may include limits on mileage driven since purchase, vehicle condition on return, non-refundable fees, and a required return procedure.
A customer wishing to use a buy-back must contact the dealership within the applicable period and follow the return process set out in their purchase documents. A buy-back is not an automatic full refund.
[BUY-BACK PROGRAM — CONFIRM TERMS, ELIGIBILITY AND FEES WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND ITS LEGAL ADVISER BEFORE PUBLISHING.]
One-year mechanical service coverage
Qualifying vehicles may be offered with limited mechanical service coverage supplied by a third-party provider. Eligible repairs, covered components, claim limits, deductibles, mileage restrictions and provider requirements vary by contract, and coverage is not bumper-to-bumper unless the contract states otherwise.
Where coverage applies, the dealership can help you start a claim, but the coverage contract itself is between you and the provider named in your paperwork.
[MECHANICAL COVERAGE — CONFIRM PROVIDER, TERM AND COVERED COMPONENTS BEFORE PUBLISHING.]
Policy disclaimer
All delivery, buy-back, warranty and service language on this website is editable dealership content and is provided for general information only. It does not create a contract.
Final terms are governed by the dealership-approved purchase documents, together with any third-party service contract issued at the time of sale. Where this page and your signed documents differ, your signed documents control. Vehicle availability, pricing and equipment are subject to change and to verification on inspection.
Before this page goes live
Every block shown in italics above is a placeholder. The dealership must confirm its legal entity name, license number, and whether it actually offers delivery, a buy-back period or mechanical coverage — and on what terms — before this content is published. Have a lawyer familiar with Tennessee motor vehicle retailing review the final wording. All of it is editable from the admin dashboard.
